Biography
Akymbek Abdykalykovich Abdykalykov – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Academician of several international and national academies. He graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute in 1979, then studied at the postgraduate programme of the Odessa Engineering and Construction Institute. In 2001 he received the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences, in 2003 – the title of Professor. Author of more than 160 scientific works, including monographs, textbooks, manuals, normative documents, terminological dictionaries and patents for inventions. Academician of the the Academy of Transport of Russia, Kazakhstan Academy of Quality Management, International Academy of Pedagogical Sciences, Engineering Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic and other scientific organisations. Laureate of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of science and technology, holder of the I.A. Grishmanov Prize, Order of the M. Lomonosov, as well as numerous certificates of honour and awards.

He has published 10 monographs on construction technologies and engineering, 2 textbooks, 5 manuals, 3 normative documents (SN KR – 2018), 4 terminological dictionaries and 15 patents for invention.
